Tell me if this is right or correct as need be.


a bo staff does ok2 damage. so you add your strenth(2) to make the damage roll 2k2

a katana does 3k2 damage. so you add your strength(2) to make the damgage roll 5k2

a hankyu does 1 str with a willow leaf 2k2. so you do 3k2 damage
or do you add your strength(2) to make it 5k2 damage?

The bow's strength rating is a limiting factor on your own strength. So with a rating of 1, it means you can only apply one of your strength to the damage roll, giving you a 3k2 damage with the willow leaf. Other bows have higher strength ratings. For example, one with a rating of 3 would mean you could use 3 of your strength for the roll, but if your strength is only 2, then you only add 2.
